Who we are

What we collect
When you write to us. If you send a brief through the form, email or call us, we use your name, contact details and what you send us only to answer you and to work on your project. The form sends your message to our inbox by email; it is not stored in a database on the website. We keep it for as long as we work together and as long as the law requires for business records.
Analytics, only with your consent. If you accept analytics cookies, we use Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Ltd.) to see how visitors use the site: pages viewed, time on site, approximate location by country or city, device and browser. IP addresses are anonymised. Google may process this data outside the EU under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. Without your consent, Google Analytics does not load.
Cookies
We use one necessary cookie to remember your cookie choice. Analytics cookies (names starting with _ga) are set only if you accept them, and are kept for up to 14 months. You can change your choice at any time:
Your rights
You can ask us for access to your data, to correct or delete it, to restrict or object to its use, and to receive it in a portable format. Write to martin@solostudio.hr. You can also complain to the Croatian data protection authority, AZOP (azop.hr).
Hosting
The site has no user accounts and no database. To protect the brief form from spam, our server keeps a scrambled (hashed) version of your IP address for up to 24 hours to limit how many messages can be sent. Messages our spam filter rejects are kept for up to 30 days, so we can recover a genuine one by mistake, and are then deleted automatically. Our hosting provider also keeps standard server logs for security.
